I’m so looking forward to my next TRE session with Babette. Although I have done a few now, and know the exercises I still find it’s more powerful in group practice. Since doing TRE I have felt so much more productive & focused...I just seem to get stuff done rather than procrastinating over my to do list .. for me the non verbal element is so good as I’ve had a lot of talking counselling but haven’t always found it effective. TRE just works in a very natural & simple way. Babette is a great facilitator of this process, her explanation and attention to detail, working with a variety of ages & their personal trauma, make the sessions enjoyable & useful for everyone.

When I first heard about TRE, I must admit, I was a bit sceptical. I have known Babette for many years now and was intrigued by what she told me. I have in recent months had a considerable shift in my mental health after the passing of my mother, I felt tension and anxiety in my body where I have never before. After doing a bit of my own research, I felt prepared to join Babette in a one on one session of TRE. The results were quite spectacular! Although I find it hard to understand exactly why I feel so much better after a session. I do appreciate that the results are quite stark. My stress levels are down, my body feels more relaxed & most importantly my mind feels much clearer. I feel like someone has taken me into the garage and someone has retuned my engine. Thats the best way I can describe it. I had several one-to-one sessions with Babette and continue to use TRE weekly in my own house. I feel very grateful to Babette for her help and guidance and I will continue to use TRE for the rest of my life.

From both a 1 to 1 session and a group enviroment, Babette creates an informative, calm & safe space. All my inquisitive questions were answered thoroughly some with great analogies, each time I attend a session my body reacts differently which Babette explained clearly which has helped me get the most from my sessions. I would fully recommend anyone considering embarking on TRE to attend Babettes class to explore the many positives that TRE creates. It's the most fantastic gentle self tool you can have. Babette has a very gently, likeable & playful approach with her tuition. I now cant imagine a world without TRE

I feel so grateful to have discovered Babette and her TRE classes. I have done both one on one and group sessions with her. She is an excellent teacher. I have learnt so much about releasing Trauma from the body. I have had a lot of trauma in my life and to find a way of letting go of it is wonderful. Babette always says, trauma can be a car crash or someone shouting at you at work. It's all trauma and unless released, will stay in the body, looking for a way of releasing it. It is a simple technique and easy to learn. Once your body recognises it, it will shake out trauma and you feel lighter, happier and things that once caused you stress will seem less potent. I love it and will practice it for the rest of my life. Thank you Babette for teaching me such a life changing tool.

I do both in person and online sessions and Babette creates a safe place for me to get in to my body, get grounded and let go of any tension or stress Ive been hanging on to. TRE has helped me be more open to my mind-body connection, to listen to what my body needs and to be kind to myself. Babette offers advice and guidance that's right for me in the moment, makes it ok to laugh or cry, whatever I need to be at the time. I have been to a few of Babette’s online TRE classes which are ideal for me as I live too far away to attend in person. Babette explains the process thoroughly and it’s very easy to understand and follow the exercises. Nothing is rushed and Babette takes the time to ensure everyone is following the exercises correctly. It’s not too strenuous and I’ve felt a lot of tension release by the end and have always slept incredibly well afterwards. Babette is friendly and engaging and I would highly recommend TRE to anyone looking for a simple and effective way to combat stress and tension.

I'd recommend everyone to give TRE a go. I've found it helps immensely, not only for stress and emotional trauma, but also physically, helping your body to relax. Babette brings warmth and compassion to all her TRE sessions. She guides you through the exercises, explaining what is happening every step of the way. She also helps you tailor the session to suit you and your needs at the time. I've come out of the sessions feeling lighter and more able to process stressful events and grief. An added bonus is the different options to accessing the sessions - 1 to 1, groups or online. This has been useful when I haven't felt able to face the world! Highly recommended.

I have attended several of Babette’s TRE classes in Shoreham . She explains the theory and exercises in a very calm and supportive manner within a relaxed environment. I have found TRE to be helpful in easing hip and back pain. I often do the exercises before going to bed and have noticed that afterwards I drift off into a deep sleep within a few minutes of lying down.
